Responsibilities

Align with account managers to develop customer account plans including support/building of value propositions
Conduct product and application presentations both for customers and relevant industry trade shows
Actively work with customer engineering teams in design phase to ensure proper selection and application of Danfoss products
Assist in qualification testing with customers as required
Assist in new technology system start-ups through site visits
Troubleshooting and problem solving through customer visits, remote call support, etc
Drive internal product development amongst proper teams to meet customer needs
Support Regional and Global Quality coordinators in root cause investigations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5 years' experience in HVAC/R involving supermarket parallel racks and controls
