Responsibilities

Assist with tasks or projects related to the area of study
Provide support for day-to-day departmental or team operations
Assist in development and testing of engineering procedures
Implement systems engineering requirements management software (Visure), utilizing data from released paper documents
Support engineers in risk monitoring
Assist with tasks or projects related systems engineering
Participate in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and project discussions offering input and feedback when appropriate
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency or project outcomes
Help organize and maintain project files, documents, and records
Conduct research and gather information for ongoing initiatives and projects
Help prepare reports, presentations, or other materials as needed

Required

Current student or recent graduate pursuing a bachelors degree or post graduate degree relevant to the discipline or functional area of the internship (STEM) from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Understanding of requirements structure, specifications structure, verification and validation
Experience conducting and documenting laboratory tests
Desire to learn INCOSE requirements management processes
Experience developing decision matrices and trade studies
Experience with risk management and risk tracking
