Lead the development of innovative adhesive solutions for high voltage battery packs
Drive technological advancement in adhesive dispensing discipline as part of a specialized team
Investigate candidate potting and dispense process strategies for new products to reduce cost and improve performance
Own the process from early prototype builds through full volume production
Provide potting and dispense design for manufacturability (DFM) input to the product design team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience in adhesive solutions development
Ability to drive technological advancement in adhesive dispensing
Experience with potting and dispense process strategies
Experience in design for manufacturability (DFM)
Preferred
Master Degree
