Responsibilities

Execute daily inventory allocation and replenishment tasks
Develop a strong understanding of financial performance metrics and assortment planning principles
Conduct analyses to support inventory strategies, including hold and flow, multiple shipments, and fulfillment planning
Use analytical tools to drive sales, optimize inventory productivity, and reduce markdowns
Partner with the Inventory Manager to gather inputs for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Allocate fashion inventory through centralized fulfillment based on store and channel needs
Operate inventory systems according to established guidelines to generate orders and support financial planning
Contribute to in-season replenishment forecasts by identifying inventory risks and opportunities
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for allocation and replenishment functions
Meet deadlines while working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Required

Candidates with a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply
Minimum 3.0 GPA required

Navigate ambiguity, learn new tools or strategies, and embrace continuous learning
