InternAtlantic Health is seeking a Pharmacy (Data Analytics) Intern to support initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes through advanced data-driven strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to enhance medication management and contribute to value-based care models.

Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing pharmacy-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improving patient outcomes
Support projects involving AI-driven tools and vendor solutions for clinical outcome optimization (e.g., blood pressure, A1C management)
Contribute to medication management and pharmacogenomics initiatives
Participate in patient outreach efforts to promote adherence and medication safety in ambulatory and transition of care settings
Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools to inform decision-making
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend regular team meetings
Ensure compliance with patient safety standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Support research related to health economics and outcomes and, health services, and real-world evidence within a value-based care model
Qualification
Required
