Responsibilities
Direct and manage the software design, development, implementation and support of multiple teams and/or their supporting processes to meet organizational expectations
Lead the strategic direction and function as a liaison across the Technology and Digital organization, and business stakeholders
Lead and uphold the associate continuous high-performance process
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Qualification
Required
Experience in software design, development, implementation and support
Ability to manage multiple teams and their supporting processes
Experience in leading strategic direction across Technology and Digital organizations
Ability to influence and innovate in a full-stack environment
Experience working with Product Managers, Agile Leaders, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and central IT functions
Ability to gain consensus on implementation strategies, priorities, and goals & objectives
Demonstrated ability to uphold continuous high-performance processes
Demonstrated commitment to the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
