Responsibilities
Conduct financial and operational audits to assess compliance with policies, controls, and regulations (including SOX)
Partner with management to identify risks, evaluate processes, communicate findings, and support action plans for improvement
Assist with audits related to business initiatives, process redesign, and special projects
Support risk assessment activities by helping evaluate operational, regulatory, and cybersecurity risks and shaping audit objectives
Participate in process owner meetings, act as an audit subject matter resource, and coordinate with external auditors as needed
Apply strong analytical judgment and deliver clear, effective communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
1+ years of relevant external or internal audit experience required
Preferred
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and/or risk assessment in a regulated environment preferred
Experience with data analytics and/or automation preferred
Public accounting or audit firm experience preferred
Advanced degree preferred
