Responsibilities

Conduct personalized consultations with association members via phone, Zoom, and in person

Educate members on Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement options, and retirement-focused insurance solutions

Leverage AEP as a primary selling season while maintaining year-round engagement with association members

Present at association workshops, chapter meetings, and educational events

Use a consultative approach to assess needs, explain options, and guide benefit decisions in a compliant manner

Participate in ongoing Medicare Advantage training and compliance support, including carrier and regulatory updates

Required

An active Life and Health insurance license

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
