Oversees the full leasing lifecycle and property strategy for a portfolio of Class A/B office, light industrial, and other commercial assets owned and self-managed by the company (Landlord)
Sourcing tenants
Negotiating new and renewal leases
Managing broker relationships
Coordinating with property management and engineering teams
Supporting financial and operational handoffs
Serves as the landlord's primary leasing representative and strategic advisor
Ensuring asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
7–10 years of commercial leasing experience (office and commercial) with landlord-side representation
Deep understanding of commercial lease structures, lease financials, and risk management
Experience coordinating leasing, design/construction, and property management functions
Preferred
advanced degree or JD
National certification (BOMA, IFMA, SIOR)
