The role involves project team coordination, client interactions, and overseeing project documentation and construction administration.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Project team coordination, client and consultant team coordination, technical development and documentation, overseeing the work of others, frequent representation of the firm during construction administration
Actively and independently learn and gain new knowledge
Collaborate with, mentor, and lead others to oversee projects from start to finish
Help solve problems in a positive manner
Troubleshoot and suggest resolutions to items as they arise during construction
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the architecture field, multi-family experience preferred
Experience overseeing projects from conception to completion
Excellent communication skills and with a proven ability to manage and lead people, projects, budgets, and schedules
Familiarity with latest architectural design trends and developments
Knowledge of drafting software like AutoCAD and Revit
Highly motivated and creative individual
Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations
Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
