Responsibilities
Incumbent will supervise the transactions/classifications, compensation, position control, applications/recruitment, information/file maintenance and perform multi-facet HR functions for the facility providing support to Administration
Incumbent will be responsible for administering complex rules, regulations, federal and state laws providing guidance, direction and technical assistance to HR staff, NMBHI management and staff on HR issues regarding actions surrounding recruitment, classification, compensation, and position control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any related field and four (4) years of experience in training, staff development, designing courses, producing instructional aides/materials, human resource operations, recruitment, selection, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration and/or occupational analysis
Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience with policies and procedures
Experience with SHARE HCM
Customer Service skills
Experience as a supervisor
