Outbound Account Executive

They are seeking an Outbound Account Executive to generate new business by building relationships with local restaurants and assisting them in modernizing their operations.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage SMB restaurants, bars, and cafes within your assigned territory
Execute a daily cadence of calls, visits, and personalized follow-ups to generate new opportunities
Build relationships with local business owners by positioning Lavu as a trusted local partner
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points in payments, POS, labor management, and online ordering
Present customized Lavu solutions that deliver measurable ROI for each client
Provide live or virtual product demos, focusing on how Lavu solves key operational and financial challenges
Maintain an accurate, organized pipeline in CRM (HubSpot)
Manage each deal through the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
Track daily metrics such as calls made, meetings set, demos run, and deals won
Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction
Share real-world feedback from the field to help improve messaging, onboarding, and product development
Stay informed about restaurant trends, local competitors, and technology shifts
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, payments, or hospitality technology
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a territory-based or outside sales role
Experience selling to small business owners, ideally in the restaurant or service sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong understanding of consultative sales and value-based storytelling
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach)
Self-starter with the ability to plan and execute independently in the field
Entrepreneurial and goal-driven — you treat your territory like your own business
