Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute monthly and annual events of varying sizes and types
Manage budgets, timelines, and member relationships
Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up
Collaborate with communications, marketing and design teams for event promotion
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of event planning or coordination experience
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Creative problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Proficiency in sales is a plus
