Responsibilities
Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and providing consultation on improvement opportunities, review and analysis of dealer financial statements as well as consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations
This role will ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ year of sales or marketing experience
Lives in or near Orlando, FL or is willing to relocate for position
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred
Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
