Delaware North is hiring for a full-time Catering Event Coordinator to join their team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will work with team members and clients to plan and execute events, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

Maintains all billing and post event billing

Communicates with controller, all billing related issues

Works with the Minnesota Twins/Target Field Events TFE and assists with event planning and menu selection. Creating of MN Twins proposals and contracts. Follow up with client

Works directly with Minnesota Twins TFE event staff ensuring accuracy of floor plans and set up needs, outside vendors, etc

Oversee service of staff once the events starts

Responds to issues, concerns, and opportunities with a sense of urgency

Assists Catering Manager with quarterly inventory

Required

Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use and operation of standard office equipment

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time and occasionally bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
