Responsibilities
Engage with investors and prepare board decks, regular updates and newsletters
Maximize founder productivity through intelligent scheduling and strategic meeting facilitation across stakeholders
Drive cross-functional alignment by maintaining visibility on key ORCA platform initiatives, proof-of-concept deployments, and environmental impact metrics
Synthesize complex power optimization data, competitive intelligence, and impact assessments into clear, actionable briefings for executive decision-making
Anticipate organizational needs in our fast-scaling environment while ensuring strategic priorities
Lead talent acquisition initiatives focused on building teams capable of serving enterprise data center operators and AI cloud providers
Drive strategic market analysis and competitive intelligence projects within the industry
Qualification
Required
MBA graduate with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities, ideally with exposure to AI infrastructure, data center technology, enterprise software, or climate technology
Tech-forward mindset with ability to quickly master complex technology and business model concepts
Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels, particularly with enterprise data center stakeholders, OEM partners, and sustainability-conscious decision makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex power optimization, AI infrastructure concepts, and environmental benefits into clear business value propositions
Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in fast-moving deep-tech environments and passion for climate solutions — you move quickly while maintaining the precision required for mission-critical data center operations and meaningful environmental impact
Preferred
Prior investment/VC experience is a plus
