Brand Manager, Assistant

Watkins Wellness is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join their Marketing Team. In this role, you will partner with the Brand Manager to implement marketing programs and campaigns, enhance dealer retail marketing, and drive brand strategy through various channels.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage marketing initiatives for the assigned brand, including national campaigns, dealer retail marketing, and showroom programs
Measure program performance, analyze return on investment, and recommend improvements that increase impact
Ensure the customer experience aligns with brand image and strategy
Partner with Marketing Services to develop inspiring collateral and write copy for point of sale, merchandising, and multi-channel content
Support advertising and PR deliverables that align with brand positioning and guidelines
Collaborate with Digital and Marketing Services to optimize the brand website, develop digital media, write copy, and create content that drives engagement and conversion
Work closely with Brand Managers to build and maintain the annual marketing calendar, sequencing launches, promotions, and content with the right resourcing
Contribute to brand vision, value proposition, positioning, and messaging
Apply brand style and messaging guidelines consistently across channels and partners
Coordinate creative, digital, product, and sales partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
Assist with the management of brand expense budgets
Assist in the planning and execution of dealer conferences and sales meetings
Participate in presentations and training as a brand representative and subject matter expert
Keep up with general marketing, online and retail marketing trends through trainings, certifications, webinars, networking events, and other opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems
Strong attention to detail and brand guardianship; analytical approach with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
Collaborative communicator who can influence cross functional teams
Ability to travel up to 10%
The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception

Preferred

Experience in marketing content and communications, brand and product positioning, advertising creative and media, product management, digital marketing and social media, project management, consumer products, and financial/return on investment analysis
Experience with dealer direct and retail marketing is a plus
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a manufacturing environment; luxury durable goods or pool and spa industry experience preferred
