Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, to offer negotiation using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
Lead employer branding initiatives and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
Utilize HRIS systems like ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Paychex for employee data management and reporting
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all recruitment activities
Manage employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
Engage in talent management activities such as succession planning and training & development initiatives to support organizational growth

Required

Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft
Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including social media management and lead generation strategies
Understanding of employment & labor law compliance and HRIS systems like ADP or UltiPro
Experience in campus recruitment, employee relations, contracts management, and employee orientation programs
Ability to conduct research on market trends and talent pools to inform recruitment strategies
Skilled in using tools such as Lever for applicant tracking and Kronos for workforce management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
Relevant certifications are advantageous
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
