Responsibilities

Design products that help creators manage brand partnerships, from initial discovery to final execution

Use high-fidelity prototyping (and AI-assisted "vibe coding") to demonstrate motion, transitions, and complex logic to stakeholders

Navigate the YouTube ecosystem to ensure brand deal features integrate seamlessly with Creator Studio and viewer-facing surfaces

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn user insights into functional, beautiful interfaces

Apply and contribute to the YouTube design system, ensuring a high bar for visual polish and accessibility

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design

Experience with 'vibe coding' or using modern tools (LLMs, generative UI) to accelerate the design-to-build process

Proven ability to learn new technical domains quickly and adapt to changing product requirements

Ability to articulate how a single feature change impacts a global user base

Passion for the creator economy, business generation systems, or two-sided marketplaces
