Responsibilities
Lead sourcing activities for direct and indirect spend across local and HBU scopes
Drive fast-track RFQs and supplier negotiations aligned with factory needs
Own material pricing and terms throughout the value chain
Support factory processes including SEOP cycles and commodity hedging
Manage supplier performance evaluations and improvement initiatives
Lead cost-cutting and risk mitigation projects using Dynamic Evolution methodology
Guide and develop your team, ensuring strong talent and succession planning
Collaborate on technology transfer and product cost improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or Supply Chain—or equivalent experience
7+ years in supply chain or purchasing within industrial manufacturing
3+ years of people leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global matrixed setting
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
