Responsibilities

Serves as subject matter expert regarding the development of customer solutions. Provides project and/or program technical leadership from solution(s) concept to completion

Partners with internal stakeholders to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with our services

Responsible for scoping designated projects and/or programs to identify, develop, and integrate existing and/or new customer solutions

Ensures effective relationships, support, and communication channels between project implementation teams and business stakeholder groups to develop and deliver comprehensive customer solutions

Maintains knowledge of and relationships with subject matter experts on specific business areas within the company

Serves as a resource to train and develop team members as needed

Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities
