Outside Sales Representative - Sugar Land & Missouri City

Community Impact is seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Outside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. The role involves driving new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding market presence while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory through various means, including cold calls, networking events, trade shows, and digital outreach
Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and offering ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position the company's offerings and identify growth opportunities
Lead the negotiation process and close deals in a timely manner while ensuring that terms align with the company’s goals and profitability
In the CRM, maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the sales department's overall success

Required

Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
