Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Support audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
Oversee general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and inventory accounting
Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls
Ensure compliance with tax filings and financial regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
3–5+ years of experience in public accounting
Relevant experience with inventory accounting/audit
Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)
