The role involves leading bridge projects, driving business development, and mentoring engineering staff while ensuring client satisfaction and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and execution of bridge projects to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Drive business development efforts and contribute to strategic planning for market growth in West Virginia and surrounding regions
Collaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scopes, and schedules
Oversee multi-disciplinary project teams, including geotechnical, roadway, and permitting professionals
Ensure quality assurance and technical excellence across all project documentation
Mentor and develop engineering staff across all levels, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration in WV, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
15+ years of proven experience in bridge design, including leadership on design-build and design-bid-build projects
Proven success in client relationship management and proposal development
Strong background in business development and project pursuit strategy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Proficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D and bridge design software
Demonstrated communication and team leadership skills
