Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of the Transformation Project portfolio; maintain dashboards, timelines, and progress reports for leadership visibility
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Technology, Clinical Services, Finance, HR, and other departments to align on objectives, milestones, and resource needs
Implementation Support: Drive initiative-level execution — facilitating project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring accountability across teams
Performance & Reporting: Create and manage consistent reporting frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for each strategic initiative. Provide regular updates to the VP and executive leadership
Process Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities in existing workflows; propose and implement scalable processes that improve speed, quality, and efficiency of project delivery
Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption plans associated with new initiatives, ensuring smooth organizational rollout and stakeholder engagement
Other: Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project or program management, strategic initiatives, or operations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable results
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
Preferred
Background in consulting, ideally within healthcare, technology, or a fast-growing organization
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
