Responsibilities
Handle written/email shareholder inquiries and perform account maintenance updates
Draft responses to escalated inquiries and issue formal letters for additional information
Research transfer reject processing, lost certificate applications, 1099/W-8/W-9 updates, and corporate action follow-ups
Write detailed, free-hand responses to client or shareholder concerns
Recommend improvements to forms or processes to enhance efficiency
Ensure all activity complies with SEC and STA guidelines
Qualification
Required
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Critical thinking skills to interpret, analyze, and respond to various requests
Excellent writing skills (writing sample may be required)
Solid typing and general computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to build aligned responses
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or business-related certificate
Experience in financial services or shareholder communications
