Lead Manager - Data Strategy & Development

Responsibilities

Functions as escalation support for RSD data quality assurance and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Provides project management support to enhance RSD Program requirements, capabilities and advanced analytical techniques and tools
Collaborates with Growth Management, DBS, Finance, and Trade Marketing associates to ensure and align on data governance, quality, usage, timeliness, and issue resolution
Manages training materials, build and deploy robust user acceptance testing plans. Oversees adoption and change management within GM and cross-functionally
Utilizes expertise in building, deploying, and managing breakthrough RSD support materials
Manages and supports third party vendor relationships with data management companies to ensure all program requirements are met across retailer landscape
Effectively communicates across organizational functions on program updates and key decisions gates
Develops, implements, and runs a wide array of analytical approaches and modeling, leveraging technological resources inclusive of regression engines, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and scenario planning modules

Required

BA/BS degree required
3-5+ years of experience supporting tools used in modeling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets
Proficiency in analyzing retailer transaction log data
Proven track record of project management
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling
Curious, self-starter that drives results in a dynamic environment and acts with appropriate urgency
Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills supporting translating insights into actionable recommendations to develop presentations, summarized to appropriate level/audience
Project Management, LEAN, Agile Software Development experience
