The IT Enterprise Apps Operations Intern will focus on identity and access management, supporting single sign-on systems, and assisting in the continuous improvement of identity systems while gaining experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
This position will have a heavy emphasis on identity and access management (IAM)
Part of a team that develops and supports single sign-on (SSO) systems and services including Active Directory
Will learn about user role and permission management along with integration and automation
Assist in continuous improvement of our identity systems
Opportunity to cross train with our information security team
Build and maintain custom developed scripts and systems to support Identity management
Qualification
Required
Working towards a degree in computer science or related field
Knowledge and experience with programming/scripting
Ability to write test cases and execute testing in a web environment
Communicates well one-on-one, in small groups, and both verbally and in writing
Achieves results and utilizes resources appropriately. A results-oriented 'go-getter and achiever' who can work independently and as a team player
Maintains a high level of organization and time management
Adapts to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
Demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional service
Can manage multiple tasks and keep organized
Comfortable using AI tools to augment development
Preferred
Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, SSO, SAML, PowerShell, IIS preferred
Technical knowledge of Identity Management/Infrastructure preferred
