Responsibilities

Provides administrative support for the Insurance Operations Department
Responsible for working various reports
Handles daily policy renewal and endorsement review and mailing
Documents all customer related activities on appropriate systems
Processes dealer and bank required paperwork requests
Entry and coordination of book rolls. Quoting for potential future business
Helps support backend agency setups/automation
May be required to determine solutions to unique problems that require action or input by other employees within his/her authority
Performs other activities as required

Required

Superior customer service skills required
Experience working in a customer service environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred

College degree is preferred
Some knowledge of Mass Auto and Homeowners lines of business is preferred
