Responsibilities

Build the core infrastructure that powers perception, planning, and control in our AI-driven robotic systems
Design systems and interfaces between AI models, robotic hardware, and human operators, working across the stack from robot-facing services to real-time agent orchestration
Collaborate closely with machine learning and robotic engineers to ship production-ready systems
Help define and shape our engineering culture, roadmap, and processes

Qualification

Required

2+ years of professional robotics software engineering experience, or equivalent depth through exceptional projects/startups
Strong experience with Python and proven track record building production-grade systems and maintaining them at scale
Experience building and scaling real-time systems data pipelines or experience working and integration AI/ML models
Experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS/ROS2), distributed systems, and real-time control
Comfort working across system boundaries (e.g., ML, robotics, cloud, hardware)
High agency and bias toward action — able to move quickly with clear code and ownership
Adaptable, execution-focused, and thrives in the fast pace and ambiguity of startup life
