Responsibilities
Work within SAFe Agile development teams using a BDD approach, supporting developers to assure quality early
Manage all automation setup activities and establish standards
Utilize development, data manipulation, and scripting skills to engineer repeatable technical tests
Perform all forms of functional and non-functional testing
Coordinate automation testing activities across teams
Report on testing progress and strategy, providing insights to inform management decisions
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of QA experience with strong expertise in automation
Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Gherkin scripting, and BDD frameworks
Proficiency in Java, Selenium, Serenity, and web services (REST and SOAP)
Understanding of test data management for automation cases
Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins
Experience in CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Strong initiative in setting up automation frameworks and standards
Ability to mentor and coordinate automation activities across teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with complex integrations
