Support and assist approximately 1000 manufacturing employees working on 3 different shifts
Gain hands-on HR experience with a focus in the recruiting life-cycle of hourly production hiring
Collect and analyze data using excellent excel capabilities
Create job flyers and on-the-job videos to support the recruitment and hiring process
Problem solve and ensure follow-up and resolution for employee issues
Qualification
Required
Obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources, Communications, Psychology)
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
Ability to work across cultures
Good conceptual and analytical thinking
Effective working within a team
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
A student motivated to provide support and assistance to approximately 1000 manufacturing employees working on 3 different shifts
Interest in gaining hands-on HR experience with a focus in the recruiting life-cycle of hourly production hiring
Data driven individual with excellent excel capabilities to collect and analyze data
Driven to learn and understand various open jobs to create job flyers and on-the job videos to support in the recruitment and hiring process
Continuous Improvement mindset with the ability to pivot and improve processes
