Responsibilities

Possess expertise in Swisslog Software Product Suite functionality and operation
Know how to customize each functional area
Understand Swisslog Controls Product Suite
Lead requirements workshops with customers
Create Functional Specifications
Create Host Interface Specifications
Address requirement gaps via Change Orders
Prepare and update requirements gathering materials
Support requirement management for related teams

Qualification

Software Product Suite expertiseWarehouse Management SystemsMaterial Flow Control SystemsPLC controls knowledgeControls solutions experienceEngineering qualificationCustomer requirements workshopsFunctional Specifications creation

Required

Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field
Working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes
At least five years' experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems

Preferred

Other software/controls product SME certification
Working knowledge of PLC controls and control logic
Experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure
