Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Digital team to define effective reporting formats and data visualization tools based on feedback from internal partners
Conduct data analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that can drive client growth and enhance equity across channels
Support ad hoc test requests and assist with the automation screening processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with Omnichannel, Merchandising, and Client Relations teams to ensure insights translate into tangible business actions
Participate in meetings and presentations where findings inform executive-level strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset with curiosity about data-driven decision-making
Preferred
Prior exposure to direct-to-consumer (DTC) or luxury brands
