Responsibilities
Get an insider view of the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical and leadership skills geared towards enhancing your career
Help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation and leadership
Create impactful early talent programs that provide cohorts with meaningful project work, learning and development sessions, and mentorship opportunities
Analyze business requirements, create technical intake forms, and coordinate deliverables with the IT team
Serve as a liaison between various data partners and work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure customer data is accurately reflected
Act as Product Managers for Agile squads composed of developers and QA team members, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across all stakeholders
Strengthen your SQL and analytical skills by building and optimizing data solutions across multiple grocery banners
Gain hands-on experience in evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing data-driven solutions
Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, working closely with analysts, managers, and executives to translate business needs into actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Currently working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or similar
Exposure to cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Databricks concepts like Unity Catalog
Experience with Python and SQL
Good understanding of Atlassian suite and features specifically JIRA and Confluence
Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills. Good time-management skills
Documentation skills
