Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, align stakeholders, define requirements, and maintain schedules
Establish governance standards, manage scope and schedule changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date
Assess project performance, manage risks with mitigation strategies, and document high-level risks
Build team cohesion, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus
Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, monitor developments, and apply global awareness
Provide training, promote best practices, and contribute to global project management refinement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory environments
Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and practices
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 10%)
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred
PMP certification
Experience with EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., CE Marking, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA)
Familiarity with industrial automation or process instrumentation
Proficiency in project planning tools a plus
