Work closely with the Benefits Verification Team to obtain prior authorization required for patient’s care utilizing several portals such as Availity
Order patient’s supplies DME, Medical supplies and assist with other administrative duties
Acting as an effective daily liaison between our customers, clinicians and our management team
Use of multiple computer systems such as Ms. Excel as well as our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) WellSky Kinnser
