Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of researchers to develop and innovate antigen/antibody-based assays
Evaluate and implement new technologies to advance our product offerings
Enhance and improve processes for current products to ensure flawless execution
Collaborate across departments to determine the best strategies for research and development
Provide technical expertise in chromatography, flow cytometry, and protein/cell-based assays

Required

Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral experience in the discovery and development of diagnostics or therapeutics, or Master's level education with 8 years of experience
Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience
Extensive experience in the development of assays based on antigens and antibodies
Familiarity with chromatography and flow cytometry techniques
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
