Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth reviews of customer EPM implementations to diagnose challenges and recommend solutions
Perform detailed reviews of customer EPM implementations, identify critical challenges, and design targeted solutions to optimize performance and value
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customers, providing expert mentorship on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
Drive discussions to identify gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer EPM requirements and visions
Lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to guiding the development team and convincing the customer to adopt the appropriate processes and tools
Work independently on development and issue resolution, ensure timely delivery of project artifacts, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation, coordinating closely with the customer, internal team, and product support to drive the successful deployment of the EPM solution

Required

10+ years of experience in EPM implementations
Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
Ability to conduct in-depth reviews of customer EPM implementations

Capability to design targeted solutions to optimize performance and value
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to customers
Ability to drive discussions to identify gaps and challenges
Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
Ability to guide development teams
Experience in convincing customers to adopt appropriate processes and tools
Ability to work independently on development and issue resolution
Experience ensuring timely delivery of project artifacts
Ability to provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation
Experience coordinating closely with customers, internal teams, and product support
