Responsibilities
Coordinate Endocrinology Grand Rounds (EGR) and assist with Continuing Medical Education (CME) matters
Coordinate faculty searches and orient new hires
Assist with IT system access and medical staff credentialing
Address various ad hoc human resources concerns
Oversee facilities coordination within the division, handling maintenance and repair issues independently
Organize special projects and manage events
Oversee the division’s procurement processes and handle faculty reimbursement requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Minimum 1+ years directly relevant experience required
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
