They are seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting across global entities and maintain compliance with international accounting standards while supporting cross-border financial operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for international subsidiaries/branches
Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements
Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
Coordinate with external firm/regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data
Assist in foreign currency translation and hedging activities
Support external audits and liaise with international auditors
Monitor changes in international accounting regulations and assess impact
Lead process improvements and automation initiatives across global accounting operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in international accounting
Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred
CPA
Experience in multinational corporations or global shared services
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Familiarity with tax implications of international operations
