Regional Property Supervisor (Crescent Park /Nevin Plaza, 1351, 1294)
EAH Housing is a respected nonprofit organization specializing in housing development and management. They are seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with financial benchmarks.

Responsibilities
Acts as Liaison between site and central office, conducts monthly meetings
Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio
Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments
Responsible for maintaining desired financial benchmarks, monitors and analyzes monthly financials for each property in portfolio
Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site, responsible for maintaining physical assets
Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers and all other site staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of multi-site property supervision
Some experience in affordable housing, which may include HUD, Tax-Credit, RHCP, and/or work with a Housing Authority
Experience in communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e., HUD, TCAC, RHCP), partners, ownership boards, and senior management
Must have valid driver's license and DMV clearance
Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements
Must have current Real Estate license
