Responsibilities

Learn about AAM Q4 Quality System
Create and follow standardize work
Utilization of Quality Systems – SharePoint, APEX, IQS, IPF
Interfaces with plant Quality, Engineering and Production Teams
Issue CARS (corrective action reporting) and track to completion
Assist with Supplier Quality engineering activities associated with manufacturing FTQ and OEE loss
Assist with troubleshooting daily production defects through root cause analysis techniques as they occur
Issue PRR’s to suppliers for defects regarding line downtime
Capture downtime, driver, and sort cost to supplier issues
Implements safety and good housekeeping standards
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
Available to work 25-30 hours per week year-round
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
