Responsibilities

Help set up OCI cloud native databases and manage them efficiently
Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our cloud-based database infrastructure for the Security Data Platform

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in DBA role working with cloud databases
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of cloud database services such as Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, etc
Expertise in database automation, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, etc.), and monitoring tools
Strong proficiency in SQL and performance optimization techniques for cloud-based databases
Experience with cloud-native security tools, identity management (IAM), and encryption protocols
Experience with NoSQL databases and modern database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear documentation

Preferred

Prior work experience with Oracle Cloud native databases is a plus
