NetSuite is seeking a Sr. Director of Program Management and Chief of Staff to enhance the effectiveness of the leadership team. This role involves driving business rhythms, managing strategic support services, and contributing to key operational processes to facilitate effective execution of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Work across the OCI Platform organization to drive the rhythm of the business and manage several strategic executive support services such as organizational planning and hiring, finance and budgets, HR, reporting, managing special projects, and reviewing/ghostwriting exec memos and presentations
Report to the SVP of OCI Security Platform and work closely with the Leadership Team
Participate in discussions and meetings as a member of the Leadership Team, offering synthesized business perspectives relevant to influencing key strategic decisions
Contribute tactically towards solutions with or on behalf of the team, and think holistically about key operational rhythms, business processes, and procedures
Quickly and proactively address any blockers encountered while moving toward strategic priorities

Required

Experience in program management and organizational planning
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

Ability to work closely with leadership teams and contribute to strategic discussions
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational blockers
Ability to think holistically about business processes and procedures
