Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to customers
Performs complex duties and tasks that leverage domain expertise to implement Oracle products and technology
Delivers functional and technical solutions on intermediately complex customer engagements
Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget
Performs requirements interpretation, translating customer needs into system development requirements and tasks
Cultivates and identifies business development opportunities and routinely works with Oracle leadership to expand customer support
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer
Must currently hold and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Broad understanding of Oracle-based solutions, industry best practices, and technology designs
Ability to operate independently to provide quality work products
Experience delivering functional and technical solutions on intermediately complex customer engagements
Experience leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s)
Experience performing requirements interpretation and translating customer needs into system development requirements and tasks
Strong communication skills with internal and external personnel
