Responsibilities

Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation
Conduct systems integration & testing of existing simulators and analyze the trends of device performances on the JTB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
Utilize expertise in software integration, including Distributed Interactive Simulation (Diss); Grid computing; High-Level Architecture (HLA)
Run test scripts, test cases, and test data to support integration testing
Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and procedures, maintaining the integrity of the system
Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations

Required

A current active Top Secret Level Clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years is required
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret/SCI and relevant SAP/SAR Clearance
Security + Certification
Bachelor's Degree in related field OR High School Diploma OR equivalent experience/combined education
Strong IT background with experience in database management and maintenance, including: Linux and Linux Red Hat operating systems
Experience with software integration, including Diss, Grid, and HLA
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with test planning, test execution, and test automation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fundamental understanding of military surface to air missile systems
Understanding of Air Force terminology to implement/emulate realistic red forces for test and training
Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged computer use, occasional lifting and movement of equipment, and fine motor skills with hand-eye coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred

Previous or active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Experience with simulation-based systems and JSE enterprise
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Certification in Linux or related IT field
Experience with test management tools and methodologies
Experience with simulation systems and mission execution
