Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is a leading tire service company established in 1939, dedicated to hard work and excellence. They are seeking a Wholesale Customer Service / Order Processing Representative to support their ordering process and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers, dealers, and partners

Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general support

Enter, update, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Handle returns, exchanges, shipping issues, and other order-related concerns

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Provide friendly, professional, and proactive communication at all time

Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in customer service or order processing (automotive/tire industry a plus)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with order entry systems, email platforms, and basic office software

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills

Must have confidential and ethical conduct

Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds

Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Preferred

Cash application experience preferred

Strong 10 key/keyboarding skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking effectively
