Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate core CI/CD infrastructure for Oracle Cloud, ensuring reliability, scalability, and simplicity
Own production systems end-to-end: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and on-call support
Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of CI/CD pipelines and platform services
Break down ambiguous or complex problems into clear, maintainable solutions
Tackle unique engineering challenges of cloud-scale delivery—think utility-grade service
Collaborate closely with peers, partner teams, and stakeholders to re-envision and modernize developer workflows through automation and best practices
Lead by example: drive quality, share direct feedback, and keep improving every day
Make bold, data-informed decisions—experiment and learn fast

Required

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including work on CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure, or platform systems
Strong coding skills (Go, Python, Java, or similar) and knowledge of distributed systems
Experience working in at least one major cloud environment (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Practical experience with containers, orchestration, and infrastructure as code
Passion for reliability, automation, and delivering seamless services at scale
Clear communicator, champion of feedback, and collaborative by nature
