Responsibilities
Conduct industry and company research to build a prioritized acquisition target list with relevant target information
Conduct outreach to target companies, with the goal to engage in a dialog about future acquisition potential
Perform limited due diligence reviews, including basic market research, initial risk assessment, and fit with clients’ needs
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on financial data and market research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of M&A advisory projects
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client use
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of active duty military leadership experience with a strong preference for combat arms
Passion to start a career in finance and M&A Advisory
Honorable service and exemplary service evaluations
Desire for leadership opportunities in the finance world after you prove your ability to 'run through walls' in the short term
Willing to virtually attend a no-cost financial modeling certification program and test prior to transition
